Structure
The
Annual General Meeting has overall control of the affairs of the
Association. The formulation and control of policy issues are however
in the hands of the Executive Council composed of representatives
from Seventeen Sectors. The Executive Council members are elected
at the Annual General Meeting and have a President, 1st Vice President
and 2nd Vice President.
The current Presidency is with National Bank of Malawi represented by Mr Daphter Namandwa, Head of Human Resources whilst the Vice Presidency is with Toyota Malawi Limited represented by Nargis Khan , National Human Resources Manager.
