The ILO ACCEL Africa calls for a Proposal to Recruit a Local Non-Profit Organization in Malawi to implement technical vocation skills training programs for the youth of a legal working age and livelihood and economic empowerment activities for workers at lower tiers of tea and coffee supply chain respectively.
