Workplace accidents in Malawi pose significant risks and challenges to business sustainability and employee welfare which have an impact on the economic stability of the country. The industry in Malawi is faced with the urgent need to enhance safety measures and management practices to mitigate liabilities associated with workplace accidents, including litigation costs. The workshop will address these challenges by providing participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills for managing and reducing risks effectively.
